Reception space construction

The school wanted to improve privacy in the reception area for the staff working behind the desk. We worked with Walker Design to come up with a fire rated decorative system of Ash timber screens.

A new fire proof ceiling was constructed, along with fire rated glass in the Ash frames. The new office incorporates air conditioning along with air extraction and the fire door is linked to the existing access control & fire system. All the works were carried out over the Easter holidays, a busy 8 days but we believe a high end finish has been achieved.
